Formulated without heavily ethoxylated ingredients Polysorbate 60, Isoceteth-10, Laureth-7, Steareth-20, PEG-10 Dimethicone and PEG-75 Stearate that carry particular risk for carcinogenic contaminants, ethylene oxide and 1,4-dioxane. We take ingredient purity seriously.

Formulation Fact 02

Formulated without ethanolamines such as Triethanolamine (TEA). TEA has been called out in cosmetics for its ability to form nitrosamines in the presence of certain ingredients like formaldehyde-releasing preservatives DMDM Hydantoin and Diazolidinyl urea. Nitrosamines are carcinogenic and also linked to endocrine disruption. We can avoid ethanolamines and so we do.

This product is formulated without pigments chromium hydroxide green or chromium oxide green. Studies have found that these pigments can contain the carcinogenic, hexavalent form of chromium dependent on manufacturing practices.
