We currently offer Standard and Expedited shipping within the U.S. and Canada. We also offer Express shipping in the U.S.
- Standard Shipping: Arrives in 5-7 business days after your order is processed.
- Contiguous US & Major Canadian Cities: Orders shipped with Standard Ground delivery in the US and Canada typically arrive within 5–7 business days after the order has been processed. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.
- Remote or Distant Locations: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and rural or remote regions of Canada may take an additional 5–6 business days. Orders for items subject to shipping restrictions may require additional transit time to these destinations.
- APO/FPO/DPO and US Territories: Orders to these destinations will be shipped via USPS and are delivered within 14–21 business days.
- Orders for P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS or Canada Post and are delivered within 5–14 business days.

Free Shipping is offered on orders subtotaling $50+ USD/CAD. Free Shipping applies to standard ground shipping only. Expedited and express delivery options (if selected) will incur additional charges, regardless of order value.

We offer free returns (US & Canada), and accept returns of all eligible items within 60 days of delivery.

To start a return, simply visit our Returns Portal here and follow the step-by-step instructions. You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Once your request is submitted, you'll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable). We recommend keeping a record of your return tracking number for reference.

Any item marked as "Final Sale" will be ineligible for return.

We'll process your refund as soon as your return has been scanned by the carrier. Once it's on its way back to us and that first scan is recorded, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please note: It can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund on your statement.
