FORMULATION FACT 01

We formulate our All Bright C Serum with citrus oils Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil which imparts fragrance while diligently limiting furocoumarins -- natural citrus compounds that can cause skin irritation when exposed to UV light. As always, wear sunscreen as part of a daily healthy skin care regimen.

We chose naturally-derived phytic acid instead of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) salts designed to improve stability and enhance preservation of our products. Manufacturing EDTA and its salts involves reacting ethylenediamine, a harmful substance associated with reproductive toxicity. Unfortunately, EDTA and its salts may contain trace amounts of this substance. EDTA and its salts are also persistent and can harm the environment.

      Better than expected!

      I tried this out of sheer curiosity, and have been really surprised how quickly it has made a difference in my skin. It feels silky going on and is not sticky. I can already see a difference in my skin texture and it looks more glowy. I definitely will keep using it.
