FORMULATION FACT 01

Formulated without heavily ethoxylated ingredients Polysorbate 80 or PEG-150 pentaerythrityl tetrastearate that carry particular risk for carcinogenic contaminants, ethylene oxide and 1,4-dioxane. We take ingredient purity seriously.

We chose naturally-derived phytic acid to support product stability and preservation instead of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) salts designed to improve stability and enhance preservation of our products. Manufacturing EDTA and its salts involves reacting ethylenediamine, a harmful substance associated with reproductive toxicity. Unfortunately, EDTA and its salts may contain trace amounts of this substance. EDTA and its salts are also persistent and can be harmful to the environment.

      I like the product but I feel it needs a pump instead of a squeeze bottle as it is thin and tends to pour out of the tube.

      Perfect Balance

      A Non-Starter

      I have very sensitive skin, and I’ve been using Clinique’s 7-Day exfoliant Scrub daily for about 3 years. Since everything’s nh else I use in my daily regimen is from Counter, thought I’d give this a try. My skin feels very dry and itchy. I have red bumps on both sides of my chin. I will be returning this and reverting to Clinique.
