[ FOUNDER'S NOTE ]
I have had a lot to think about of late.
To say the last few years have been a “journey” would be an understatement. There have been hard moments (and happy ones), and through everything that has transpired, I’ve learned and grown.
One thing is certain; I owe a debt of gratitude to so many people who took a chance with me when the path forward wasn't always clear.
To our associates who showed up day after day, I appreciate you. To our customers who continue to believe in what we are building, thank you for your constant support. To our manufacturing partners who made the impossible possible, I can’t believe we did it.
It took all of you to make Counter happen.
And it is the little things that I keep coming back to—the texts that arrived exactly when I needed them, the quiet words of support that helped me believe in myself when doubt crept in, the customers who ordered on day one. Those gestures are my inspiration during the best and toughest of times.
We may have never met, but you make a difference in my life and the lives of so many others. So, I want to express my gratitude by saying thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Your support and belief in our work means the world.
