Formulated without heavily ethoxylated ingredients Polysorbate 80 or PEG-150 pentaerythrityl tetrastearate that carry particular risk for carcinogenic contaminants, ethylene oxide and 1,4-dioxane. We take ingredient purity seriously.

We chose naturally-derived phytic acid to support product stability and preservation instead of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) salts designed to improve stability and enhance preservation of our products. Manufacturing EDTA and its salts involves reacting ethylenediamine, a harmful substance associated with reproductive toxicity. Unfortunately, EDTA and its salts may contain trace amounts of this substance. EDTA and its salts are also persistent and can be harmful to the environment.

      My favorite product

      I love this cleanser so much. I stocked up when Counter was paused but I ran out and couldn’t find any anything else that was a close substitute. I love the citrusy smell, and how it cleanses my skin without stripping the moisture. My mascara comes off easily with this and so much better than any other cleanser. I look forward to the invigorating smell, and my whole family uses this product, including my adult children.

      The best of the best.

      This has worked wonders for adult acne and for my son’s teenage acne. Nothing compares and trust me, I looked! When the rebranding happened and we could not purchase until they re launched I was lost. Nothing on the market compares. The exfoliating cleanser is the key to buff and deep clean leaving your skin soft and refreshed. Highly recommend!
