Available to all Loyalists who subscribed to Counter's text messaging as of 7/1/2026. If you are not yet subscribed, you will receive the posted amount of Progress Credits upon signing up. Participation in Counter's text messaging program is subject to the Text Messaging Terms [Terms here]. You may opt out at any time without losing the Progress Credits already awarded. You will not receive additional Progress Credits if you opt back in later. This is a one-time earning opportunity.

To receive the posted amount of Progress Credits, Loyalist must use the tool provided on Counter's website to submit a message to their Member of Congress regarding safer beauty. This is a one-time earning opportunity.

To receive the posted amount of Progress Credits, Loyalist must use the tool provided on Counter's website to sign the "Define Clean Beauty" petition. This is a one-time earning opportunity.

To receive the posted amount of Progress Credits, Loyalist must submit their story explaining why they care about safer beauty and what "clean" means to them, using the tool provided on Counter's website, and confirm on Counter's website that they have done so. This is a one-time earning opportunity. Counter reserves the right to deny Progress Credits for submissions that are incomplete, inappropriate, or do not substantively respond to the prompt.

Loyalist will be prompted via email to write a product review on Counter's website following each qualifying purchase. To receive the posted amount of Progress Credits, Loyalist must submit the review through the link provided in that email. Reviews must clearly and conspicuously disclose that Loyalist received or will receive a reward from Counter in connection with the review, and must comply with all other applicable laws and regulations in order to be eligible for Progress Credits. Counter's award of Progress Credits in connection with such a review shall not be deemed an admission of its legal compliance. Counter reserves the right to deduct the Progress Credits awarded in the event Counter determines, in its sole discretion, that the review is not compliant with applicable laws or regulations.

Loyalist may upload a photo or video as part of a product review submitted on Counter's website to receive the posted amount of Progress Credits. Photos and videos must relate to the reviewed Counter product and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in order to be eligible for Progress Credits. Photos and videos must clearly and conspicuously disclose that Loyalist received or will receive a reward from Counter in connection with the review, and must comply with all other applicable laws and regulations in order to be eligible for Progress Credits. Counter's award of Progress Credits in connection with such a submission shall not be deemed an admission of its legal compliance. Counter reserves the right to deduct the Progress Credits awarded in the event Counter determines, in its sole discretion, that the photo or video is not compliant with applicable laws or regulations.

Progress Credits will be forfeited if the applicable order is returned or cancelled. This is a one-time earning opportunity per subscription.

Brand Partners earn the posted amount of Progress Credits for their first Qualifying Purchase after 7/1/2026, as defined in the Brand Partner Agreement. This is a one-time earning opportunity per Brand Partner. Progress Credits will be forfeited if the applicable Qualifying Purchase is later returned, cancelled, or refunded.

Newly enrolled Brand Partners who enroll on or after July 1, 2026 earn the posted amount of Progress Credits if their first Qualifying Purchase, as defined in the Brand Partner Agreement, is attributed to them within 30 days of enrollment. This is a one-time earning opportunity per Brand Partner. Progress Credits will be forfeited if the applicable Qualifying Purchase is later returned, cancelled, or refunded.

Brand Partner earns the posted amount of Progress Credits if three or more Clients who are new to Counter, meaning they have not made a prior purchase from Counter, each make a Qualifying Purchase, as defined in the Brand Partner Agreement, attributed to Brand Partner during the month of July 2026. Progress Credits will be forfeited if a Qualifying Purchase counted toward this threshold is later returned, cancelled, or refunded. This is a one-time earning opportunity, limited to the July 2026 challenge period.
